Nice Apartments

I liked Location of the Hotel, size of the room and nice large balcony.

I liked everything 90%. I know this hotel kids friendly, so I can't say that too many kids.

Brilliant

Very clean and friendly environment staff were great

No courtesy room to allow you to get cleaned up if you had a late flight. Tried to extend room but hotel was full so had to use pool side toilets but showers in poor condition

Wonderful

Pool was great and perfect for both adults and little ones. Our 2 year old really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and bigger than it looked. Staff were very friendly and provided us with 2 cots which was amazing.

Apartment and hallways could have done with a lick of paint and a couple of small fixes but didn't affect our stay at all. Pillows were not great.

Great hotel in a great location

Every member of staff from every department were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating especially Chema at reception. The pool is very big and the hotel is in an excellent location.

We opted for bed and breakfast only but ate in the hotel one evening and it wasn't great. The breakfast each morning was extremely good though. Also, we had a small leak one morning in our apartment after a night of extremely heavy rain, I dried it up and that was the end of it, no need to notify reception.

The receptionists were very courteous and helpful. The children's entertainers were excellent. Pool was very good for us all.

Nothing. Everything was great. Lost a bank card in ATM not connected to hotel was only bad point of holiday.

Overall very pleasant experience.

The room was as expected, clean and with all needed accessories. The restaurant serves different types of food for breakfast and dinner. Overall very pleasant experience.

For breakfast, could use few more different meals, maybe less eggs and more salads.

Apartment with big balcony and view over the pool, daily animations for children, good summer vibes in the hotel, good breakfast, very nice and polite staff

Lack of laundry service, a bit overpriced in the bar, people reserved sun bed by the pool without using them just to keep the place

Bravo Playas Ca's Saboners

The whole set up of this hotel is just fabulous, and it's within walking distance of amazing beaches, bars, and restaurants. Staff are fantastic, and the place is spotless.

My only negative point is that the pool didn't stay open late enough. Closing the pool at 7 pm when there is at least another 2 hours of day light seems a little silly. Also, the reserving of sun loungers by the pool is crazy, so many loungers were reserved by people placing towels on them, but then those people never actually used the loungers they'd reserved. The hotel does have a policy of no reserving loungers, but it's not policed at all. Small criticisms I know.

Had a lovely time and can’t wait to go back. The staff are a credit to the hotel!

Great location with amazing staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and dinner was good although very repetitive. Pool area is very big and safe for kids. The kids entertainer, Elva, was AMAZING!!! My 2 boys absolutely loved her and can’t wait to go back and see her again. We’ll definitely be returning!

A VERY noisy road ran behind our room and woke us up at least 5 times every night. You could always hear motorcycles passing and sirens through the night. There was a severe lack of parasols to the number of beds around the pool so you had to get up very early to get one with beds. I asked if we could change rooms and was told we would have to pay a cleaning fee of €30 which I didn’t think we should have to. Obviously we didn’t know we’d have the problem with the road when we first checked in and unpacked. We’d definitely return but make sure we ask for rooms away from the road next time.

Exceptional

These apartments are ideal for families. The location is superb, walk across the road and down the steps and you are out onto the main promenade along by the beach. We were self catering so I can't comment on the food but the apartments are extremely well equipped for cooking for yourself and it is ideally positioned 5 to 10 minutes walk from Aldi and lots of other shops. They are spotless clean throughout and every single member of staff is friendly, professional and efficient at what they do - the staff really make the place special. The whole complex and particularly the pool area is so safe for kids; there is a lifeguard on duty and in the evening they put up a safety fence around it. There is nightly entertainment of a really decent standard in the bar. It can be quite loud but we liked that because we could listen from our own terrace and once it's finished at a reasonable hour there is little to no noise until the morning when people start moving around. This place just has a lovely relaxing atmosphere for a family holiday, can't recommend it enough.

Great place - ideal location- great swimming pool and active/ entertainment - very friendly kind staff

Clean - everything needed was there and great location

Toddlers could open main doors and get out - no lock on bathroom - but this seems to be at everywhere in Spain.
